I picked this topic because I thought I might be interested in the engines of ships.

You can control ships systems and solve problems by working with your mind and hands on land and at sea. This course includes responsibilities of the mechancial operations of a vessel like main propulsion and auxiliary systems. Marine engineerist's maintain, operate and monitor the ship's engines and machinery, including electrical, hydraulic, pnuematic pump, piping, fuel, air conditioning and refrigeration. The aspect of engineering is challenging and the mechanical systems are complex and diverse.
